JOURDAN EPSTEIN
Jourdan Epstein is a professional performer, choreographer, associate and educator based in NYC. Jourdan is currently working with The Metropolitan Opera and Twyla Tharp. Jourdan graduated from NYU with a degree in Dance Medicine and Science, then began her performance career at Complexions Contemporary Ballet under Direction of Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson. She spent two seasons touring Romeo and Juliet with Bad boys of Dance and was a featured Pointe Dancer in Company XIVs Nutcracker Rouge. Jourdan was an original cast member and Dance Captain of the musical: The Prince Of Egypt, and was featured in Art On Ice Starring James Blunt. She performed with Leslie Odom Jr and Lenny Kravitz at The Met Gala 2022 Choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler, and was a Radio City Rockette. Her television and film credits include: In The Heights, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, The Tonight Show, NBC Upfronts, The Flight Attendant, Dispatches from Elsewhere, Evil, and So You Think You Can Dance. Jourdan loves to work behind the table as well. Creatively, she was assistant rehearsal choreographer for Only Gold at MCC Theater Choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler, Associate Choreographer for Tiler Peck’s solo at NYPAC Gala, is an Associate choreographer on the upcoming Amazon Prime series Etoile choreographed by Marguerite Derricks, and is currently choreographing a ballet on Woman In Motion. Jourdan is on faculty at Steps On Broadway, The Joffrey Ballet School, and Complexions Academy. |
